A limited number of exhibition and electric-vehicle showcase opportunities are available for organisations that want to present their products, technologies, services and market solutions to stakeholders from across Africa’s e-mobility ecosystem. Exhibition activities will take place during the two Forum days on 28 and 29 September 2026. The Industry Tours on 30 September 2026 are a separate event component and are not included in the exhibition packages.

Provides approved organisations with an opportunity to display electric vehicles, charging solutions, battery systems, fleet technologies and other relevant e-mobility products or assets.
Suitable for: Electric bicycles, motorcycles, three-wheelers, passenger vehicles, vans, charging equipment, battery systems, fleet technologies, software-supported products, and other approved assets. (Buses, trucks and large assets priced on request).
Package Includes: Allocated display space (subject to asset size & venue approval), two Forum delegate passes, logo/profile on website & programme, showcase communications, access to Forum & catering.
Pricing Factors: Vehicle/technology type, number of assets, dimensions/weight, access requirements, display space, power requirements, safety support needed.

STEP 1: Submit Your Asset Details
Send the AEW2026 team: Organisation name, asset type & model, quantity, dimensions & weight, photos/spec sheets, delivery/access needs, power needs, static or demo, safety considerations, arrival/removal dates.
STEP 2: AEW2026 Reviews the Request
The organising team assesses showcase suitability, space availability, venue access, power needs, safety, operational support, and confirms final applicable price.
STEP 3: Confirm the Booking
Once approved, space and pricing are confirmed. The organisation completes booking documentation and payment.
Subject to availability, suitability and approval, exhibitors may request additional services or opportunities.
